ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

During holidays, new product launches, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using FedEx.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided through your order details.

Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update your tracking information after your package has been picked up.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us through TikTok Shop as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect the delivery address.

DELAYED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your tracking information shows a delay, please allow additional time for the carrier to complete delivery.

DAMAGED ITEMS

We take special care when packaging our glass vessels and candle products.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us through TikTok Shop as soon as possible after delivery and include:

• Your order number
• A description of the damage
• Clear photographs of the damaged product
• Photographs of the shipping box and packaging

Please keep the product and original packaging until your request has been resolved.

Eligible damaged-item claims will be handled in accordance with applicable TikTok Shop policies.

MULTIPLE PACKAGES

Orders containing multiple products may occasionally arrive in separate packages. If this occurs, you may receive more than one tracking update.
